Created a system for Faculty to submit their self evaluation reviews online. Some of the data is pulled from other sources to help save time for Faculty as well as the Faculty Affairs department. The courses that the Faculty teach are pulled into the system with their evaluations and scores. There are a couple essay questions in the evaluation that are limited to 250 words by the system. An e-mail confirmation of the review is sent to the user once they submit their application. They are also able to save the progress of the review and complete the review at a later time.
Once the Employee reviews are entered, there is a Review system that uses the data to help score the reviews. Multiple groups are setup based on the Faculty track and they each view and score the reviews online.
