USC Rossier IT Equipment Request System

Created an ordering system for Faculty and Staff to request new equipment. The form is dynamically generated so new rows can be quickly added to the form and there is also auto-complete functionality for certain fields. Once the user fills out the form, they will get a copy of their order request via e-mail.

On the processing side, the business analysts will review the order to see the justification and will get the necessary approvals for the order to proceed. Once the items have been ordered, the vendor, actual costs, and a copy of the receipt is uploaded to the system for reporting. All activity with the order processing is logged for future reference and the customer is able to see the status of the items they ordered. An e-mail is sent with the order update.
